From the minds of DuClaw Brewing Company Brewmaster, Jim Wagner, and Culinary Director, Giovanni Leopardi, comes the Simpatico Series, an ongoing series of events that pair our award winning craft beer with classic and cutting edge internationally inspired gourmet food.
The series begins with a six course dinner of eclectic international cuisine expertly paired with envelope pushing craft beer, featuring:
Amuse-bouche (hors d'oeuvres)
• Roasted peanut crusted cauliflower
• Bare Ass Blonde Ale marinated cherry tomatoes
• Air-cured goat cheese with Vidalia onions and beer jam
Served with Misfit Red Ale.
West African Tiger prawns sauteed in Mysterium Belgian Spiced Ale, tossed with roasted julienne peppers and fresh herbs. Paired with Mysterium Belgian Spiced Ale.
Cherry ricotta ravioli splashed with rosemary burnt butter, served with Euphoria Toffee Nut Brown Ale.
Pineapple pulled pork served with caramelized onion risotto and HellRazer IPA.
Black Jack Stout braised Kobe Beef served with Taleggio infused Polenta and roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Paired with vintage 2009 bottled Black Jack Stout.
Maple mascarpone cheesecake served with an event exclusive—Pumpkin Spice Retribution Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout!
