Chef Duane Smith brings 28 years of experience creating world class cuisine from San Francisco to New York City and almost everywhere in between, to DuClaw Brewing Company’s kitchens. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Duane’s creations are influenced and inspired by the traditional cuisine of the region in which he works, and an unwavering commitment to craft. His only goal, to create and serve only the most delicious, highest quality bar fare, lunches, and entrees imaginable while continuing to revolutionize the DuClaw dining experience.
